Blac Restaurant & Lounge – Booking & Experience Terms & Conditions
Table Spend & Time Stay
Due to high demand, Blac Restaurant and Lounge operates a minimum table order and a maximum table time.
All bookings are required to order a minimum of one main meal per person.
All tables of 2-4 have a maximum stay of two hours unless prior authorisation is given by the Blac management team.
Please arrive promptly and allow time to queue.
A 12.5% service charge is applied for all tables of six or more.
Deposit
An advance deposit payment is required to confirm bookings.
All bookings via OpenTable require a security deposit of £10 per diner to confirm the booking. No deposit will be taken unless there is a no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of the booking time.
Deposits are non-refundable for guests who do not attend.
Dress Code
Blac Restaurant and Lounge provides a warm and relaxing atmosphere, but we expect our guests to be relatively smart.
This does not mean you need to wear a suit and tie.
Large Group Bookings
Large bookings are recommended to pre-book via the contact number provided to ensure the experience is tailored to your requirements.
All guests must arrive 15 minutes before the booking time.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays that may result in missing your reservation.
Late arrivals – Management reserves the right to decide if the deposit is non-refundable or carried over.
Payments
The person making the booking will be responsible for the final bill payment.
A maximum of four card or cash payments per table is allowed.
Cancellations
A table booking can be cancelled with 24 hours’ notice before the booking time.
Important Information
Valid ID must be available upon request.
Failure to present valid ID will void your booking, and the deposit will be non-refundable.
Booking a table does not guarantee entry.
Our door staff reserve the right to refuse entry.
The first floor is restricted to guests aged 18 and over.
The ground floor is available for families and guests under 18.
